Crownhill Dental became Patrons of the YMCA!
It is our delight to announce that we have become Patrons of the YMCA in Plymouth.
We wanted to collaborate with a local business that aligned with our values and to continue to help create smiles and change lives!
YMCA Plymouth is an education, health & family’s charity, serving young people and the local community. They are guided by a friendly & personable approach where all people can belong, contribute and thrive.
How will becoming Patrons support them?
Provide to Plymouth is a YMCA Plymouth initiative that supports vital charitable services which impact people in need within our local community. By getting involved, we can help transform the lives of local people, here’s how:
- Delivering Youth Clubs & Youth Mentoring
- Tackling Food Poverty
- Sustaining Free Community Sports
- Hosting Disability & Inclusive Activities
- Supporting Fitness Rehabilitation
- Providing Education & Careers Guidance for 16-19s
- Offering Mental Health & Crisis Support
- Combating Social Isolation and Loneliness to Help Over 65s
How are we getting involved?
- Regular monthly donation
- Delivering Oral health education to soft play groups and holiday clubs
- Supporting young people with oral health products and education
- Offering 10% discount on routine treatments to the YMCA staff and Gym members when they sign up to one of our Dental Plans.
- Demonstrating at local charity events.
Would you like to be involved?
In our community we have many young people who do not have access to oral hygiene products. We have put together small oral hygiene gift bags which we are donating to the YMCA to be gifted to a young person.
For £4.00 you can purchase a gift bag that will be donated to the YMCA. This could have a huge impact on a young person and their future smile.
