Dentist

Over the past 25 years, Dr Ramin Ordi has developed his dental interests in Restorative and Aesthetic Dentistry. He has undergone in-depth post-graduate training in this area and related subjects. Ramin is presently undergoing continuing professional development in Dental Implantology. He is a member of the ADI (Association of Dental Implantology) and ITI (International Team of Implantology).

Ramin worked for three years part-time providing advanced clinical treatments at the Restorative Dental Department in Derriford Hospital in Plymouth.

He has been praised for his gentle and relaxed approach which puts even the most nervous patient’s anxieties at ease.

Ramin is an award winning implant provider with a masters degree in Aesthetic Dental Implantology. He works as part of an official international team of Implantologists (ITI) as a mentor and supervisor in the South West of England.

Meet Sidahmed, fondly known as Sid, is your trusted Associate Dentist and he’s here to craft your perfect smile.

Graduating with honours in dentistry and earning membership in The Faculty of Dentistry at the Royal College of Surgeons Ireland, Sid is your dental expert.

Sid is more than a dentist; he’s your compassionate partner in dental care, perfect for those with apprehensions.

Dentist

Minodora is a dedicated and compassionate dentist who has been making a difference in her patients’ lives since her graduation from the University of Medicine and Pharmacy of Targu Mures, Romania, in 2017. Her approach to dentistry is centered around patient care, ensuring that everyone who she treats feels comfortable and well-cared for.

Outside the clinic, Minodora finds joy and inspiration in the great outdoors. She enjoys spending time with her family, whether it’s going on nature walks or relaxing at the beach.

Dentist

Paul was born and raised in Melbourne, Australia. He has a large family with seven adult children and two grandchildren, which brings him immense joy.

With over 30 years in dentistry, Paul successfully ran his own practice in Australia before moving to Plymouth, England, after 41 years.

Paul’s relocation to Plymouth marks a new chapter in his life. He embraces the beauty of Devon while continuing his work in general dentistry and exploring new travel opportunities.

Paul specialises in Invisalign clear aligners, boasting over 20 years of experience. His commitment to providing innovative treatments ensures exceptional care for his patients.

Dental Hygienist

Zoe began her career as a dental nurse in Plymouth and qualified as a hygienist in Bristol Dental School in 2002. Her dental hygiene career has included working in practice and hospital settings. She has a keen interest in helping nervous patients and is currently studying for a Level 4 Diploma in Counselling.

Zoe enjoys walking, yoga, cooking and spending time with her husband, daughters and dog, Max!

Dental Therapist

With over 10 years of experience in the dental industry, Chloe went on to graduate from Peninsula Dental School as a dental therapist in 2021 with an award in community engagement. Chloe most enjoys developing her skills and bringing new techniques to the practice for patients to benefit from. She strives to achieve a positive dental experience, although she struggles to know when to stop chatting! Outside of work, Chloe enjoys travelling, video games and trying new restaurants.

Practice Manager

With over 30 years of experience in dentistry, Rachael brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the practice. Being staff and patient-focused, she strives to ensure we give our best and to always look for ways we can improve the quality of care we give.

When not at work she enjoys travelling, exploring places in her camper van and spending time with her family.

Dental Nurse

Emma joined our team in 2023 bringing over 20 years experience. She qualified as a dental nurse in 2004 and has post graduate qualifications in oral health education, radiography and implantology.

Emma enjoys all aspects of dentistry, with special interests in surgical and complex restorations.

In her spare time, Emma enjoys spending time with her family and camping in Cornwall!

Dental Nurse

Danni joined the Crown hill team in November 2023 as a trainee dental nurse. She is keen to learn all about dentistry. Outside of work Danni enjoys reading and playing the piano as well as spending time with her sister.

Dental Nurse

Nikki became part of the Crownhill team in 2024 and offers over 30 years of expertise in dental nursing, enhanced by her additional qualifications in Oral Health Education and Radiography.

In her free time, Nikki enjoys taking long walks with her dog and valuing quality moments with her family.

Apprentice Dental Nurse

Lauren joined the practice in May 2025! She is thoroughly enjoying the process of learning all things dental and embracing every opportunity to expand her knowledge.

In her free time, Lauren loves to socialise with her friends, visit the beach, and spend quality time with her family.

Trainee Dental Nurse

Natalie joined the practice in April 2025. Originally from Hong Kong, she recently relocated to the UK to embark on an exciting new chapter in her life and career.

Eager to expand her knowledge of dentistry, she is committed to developing her skills in the field.

Outside of work, Natalie enjoys photography and traveling, always on the lookout for new places to explore and moments to capture.

Receptionist / Administrator

Carolyn joined our practice in 2015. She brings a wealth of knowledge with over 25 years of experience in dentistry. She ensures the smooth running of the reception. Carolyn has a very approachable manner to both staff and patients.

In her spare time, Carolyn enjoys spending time with her family and her dogs.

Receptionist

Callum joins us from a strong background in healthcare, having worked both in the care industry and primary care. Coming from a long line of care his passion for helping others truly shines through. In Callum’s spare time he enjoys travelling and seeing new things while also spending time with his family. He’s excited for the next chapter in dentistry.
